>Prosperity Game (Day 16 of 30): $3,276,800

>Today is day 16 of the Prosperity Game and the amount of money is $3,276,800. I have no idea how to best spend this money once I built a solid financial foundation. As you can see from the chart below the amount to spend each day just keeps getting bigger and bigger. It is almost intimidating.

Day 16 ~ 3,276,800
Day 17 ~ 6,553,600
Day 18 ~ 13,107,200
Day 19 ~ 26,214,400
Day 20 ~ 52,428,800
Day 21 ~ 104,857,600
Day 22 ~ 209,715,200

Day 25 ~ 1,677,721,600
Day 26 ~ 3,355,443,200
Day 27 ~ 6,710,886,400
Day 28 ~ 13,421,772,800
Day 29 ~ 26,843,545,600
Day 30 ~ 53,687,091,200

I will end the Prosperity Game now, because trying to figure out how to spend the money is a bit overwhelming for me and it isn’t even really money.

From this game I have learned that it will be nice to have the financial freedom of money, but I do not millions and billions to be financially secure. This does not mean that I will stop making smart money decisions. It means I will purposefully spend and save my money so that I can create the best future possible for me and my future family. In spending the mythical money, I found that when I didn’t know what to spend money on I defaulted to giving it away.

Somethings I would be interested in doing if I (and my family) was swimming in $53.7 trillion include…ensure that my children understand good financial behavior, giving money to a public/charter/private school system that is in a impoverished neighborhood, traveling around the US/Mediterranean/South America/Caribbean, getting my PhD in business, start a scholarship in my name, organize a debutant ball for girls from underprivledge communites who are going to college, etc. I just want to experience life and help others.
